To check where you are at any time, count the capsules left and divide by four. The answer is the number of days remaining.
A calendar month can be 28 to 31 days, so “30 days” is an approximation. A bottle opened on the 1st of a 31-day month runs out on the 30th, a day before the month ends.
The 30-day answer assumes a perfect routine. Real weeks are messier. Here are three situations.
One bottle lasts about 30 days, two last about 60, and three last about 90. You do not need to order several at once.
Every skipped serving leaves two capsules in the bottle, which adds half a day. Skip two servings on a trip and the bottle runs one day longer. This is just arithmetic, so do not skip servings on purpose to stretch the supply. If you are unsure about a missed serving, ask a qualified healthcare professional.
The label is the default. If your healthcare professional tells you to take a different amount, recalculate with this formula:
120 ÷ capsules per day = days per bottle
Do not change the amount yourself to stretch the supply or to get a stronger effect.

The simple rule: reorder when 20 capsules are left. At four a day, that gives you five days of cover (day 25 on the bottle clock above).
If delivery to your address takes longer than five days, reorder earlier. Check your supply as you near the end of the bottle rather than waiting until it is empty.
