Products shown on the website are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that all products shown are in stock.

Prices may be changed without prior notice, however, you will be charged at the price stated when placing your order.

Ordering

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order receipt. Completion of the contract between you and Shield Nutraceuticals, Inc. takes place upon shipment of your order.

Selling DigestShield® Wholesale

If you have a brick-and-mortar business such as a pharmacy, medical practice, or natural foods market, you may apply to sell DigestShield® as a wholesale account. (You will be asked to provide your Tax ID number in order to avoid paying tax.)

There are a couple of rules governing Wholesale accounts.

1. You agree to sell DigestShield® only at your retail location(s) or online at your company website. Please do not sell DigestShield® on any major retail marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Etsy, or Wal-Mart.com.
2. You agree to observe our MAPP (Minimum Advertised Price Policy) of $39.95 at all times and at all locations, on and offline. We suggest that you sell DigestShield® for the MSRP* of $39.95 online and at your brick-and-mortar location.

*MSRP stands for Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. The key difference between MSRP and MAP is that MSRP is the actual price manufacturers set and recommend retailers charge for their goods while MAP is the Minimum Advertised Price. While MAP acts as the lower limit for a product’s pricing, MSRP acts as the upper limit.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We utilize Stripe and all payments are processed using their system.

Validation of credit or debit cards takes place prior to acceptance of orders. Your order will not be accepted if your card is declined at any stage.

Every care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your card but Shield Nutraceuticals, Inc is not liable if the details are intercepted by a third party.

All our prices are quoted in United States Dollars.

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with any purchased product, send a message to info@shieldnutra.com and we will work with you to solve the issue. We are happy to issue a refund if you choose that option. A refund includes the original purchase price and applicable taxes, minus shipping fees.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt except on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping times are determined by the shipping option you choose at checkout. We use the USPS to ship all orders offered with “Free Shipping”.

Orders may be dispatched in separate deliveries.

In the event of a shipping delay, we may notify you with an updated timeframe if the carrier service has provided such information to us.

You must provide a legitimate delivery address and we cannot be held responsible for delivery failure if the delivery details provided at the time of order are incorrect.
