Empecé a comer sin gluten, en 2014 cuando me enteré de que tenía Hashimoto. Yo estaba comiendo alrededor de 95% GF pero realmente no creía que era sensible al gluten hasta que las vacaciones rodaron alrededor de ese primer año y empecé a comer todas las golosinas.
