There are a couple of rules governing Wholesale accounts.<\/p>

  1. You agree to sell DigestShield\u00ae only at your retail location(s) or online at your company website. Please do not sell DigestShield\u00ae on any major retail marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Etsy, or Wal-Mart.com.<\/li>
  2. You agree to observe our MAPP (Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy) of $44.95 at all times and at all locations, on and offline. We suggest that you sell DigestShield\u00ae for the MSRP* of $44.95 online and at your brick-and-mortar location. We have price-point tested during this past year and we have found that sales have only increased with goin to the higher price-point.<\/li><\/ol>

    *MSRP stands for Manufacturer\u2019s Suggested Retail Price. The key difference between MSRP and MAP is that\u00a0MSRP is the actual price manufacturers set and recommend retailers charge for their goods<\/b>\u00a0while\u00a0MAP is the Minimum Advertised Price<\/strong>. While MAP acts as the lower limit for a product\u2019s pricing, MSRP acts as the upper limit.<\/p>
