I was eating about 95% GF but I didn\u2019t really believe I was sensitive to gluten until the holidays rolled around that first year and I started eating all the goodies. I don\u2019t really have digestive issues like the average person, but the gluten causes painful inflammation in my body. About 2 weeks into January I realized that eating the gluten had made my body feel like it had been hit by a truck.
